Fast growing Internet company in Midtown Manhattan seeks experienced person to join our expanding Customer Service team.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:
* Two years of Customer Service experience
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word are a must)
* A team player with a proactive attitude
* Articulate, professional and friendly - clients include law firms, medical institutions, finance and accounting firms, etc
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Promptness
* Communication skills and attention to detail are a must
* Ability to think outside of the box and a strong willingness to learn
* A fast learner with great organizational skills
* Managerial experience is a plus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Handling high call volume
* Account management
* Problem resolution
* Supporting the Manager of Customer Service as well as other departments
* Entering and tracking all order transactions
* Special projects
* Data entry
* Web research
